Technology is used to facilitate easier research. One of the many ways that made this possible was through the Open Journal System. You can find here free access to journal articles that can serve as references for your research.
There is also a Philippine version called the Philippine Journals Online. While this is still under construction as of this writing, you can already find some journal articles here.
